Interest Pop Team Epic Goes Full Circle in Latest Pokémon Episode

Pop Team Epic got a shout out in the latest episode of Pokémon Sun & Moonon Thursday. Both Satoshi (Ash) and Kaki (Kiawe) show a very Popuko and Pipimi expression in the episode "Gekitotsu Ultra Beast! Dondonbachibachi Daisakusen!!" Both sport wide yellow eyes and faces covered in characteristic veins.
The reference might be an acknowledgment of the gag anime's own Pokémon clip from Pop Team Epic's very first episode. Popuko stars as Ash and goes to pick her starter Pokémon, only for them all to resemble Pipipmi.

Hey guys many of you maybe don't know this but Nintendo company has confirmed that a core game will be released for Nintendo switch in 2019 after Pokemon let's go evee and Pokemon let's go Pikachu every one is hyped for the new game. This game is untitled and there are no detailed description for this game but it will be more awesome than every Pokemon games we know about.

New Core "Pokémon" RPG Planned for Switch in Second Half of 2019

Nintendo surprised everyone (except those who leaked the title) with the reveal of Pokémon Let's Go for Switch last night. If you're worried about this being the previously-teased core Switch entry in the series, though, don't fret. The new traditional Pokémon RPG is currently set for release sometime in the second half of 2019.

The Pokémon Company initially teased the Switch RPG during last year's E3, and they followed up with a little more info during last night's press conference. According to the Q&A, this will be a completely new game more in line with the long-running series of portable entries.

With  and , there are so many new ways to explore the world of Pokémon! Trainers can look forward to even more with an all-new core series Pokémon RPG title in development for the second half of 2019!

Stay tuned for more info on that one. In the meantime, Nintendo went ahead and released the new free-to-start Pokémon Quest on Switch. There's already plenty of paid DLC available, and iOS and Android versions are set to follow in late June.
