PS3 alchemy RPG to ship in North America on March 10, in Europe on March 13
Game publisher KOEI Tecmo America began streaming an English-dubbed trailer for its release of the Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea PlayStation 3 game on Monday.
The game serves as the final chapter in the "Dusk" trilogy, and takes place in a world where the waterbeds are drying up and plant life is dying. Two young alchemists meet in an oasis. Players will be able to play as one of two heroines: Shallie (voiced by Kotori Koiwai in the Japanese version) or Shallotte (Sumire Uesaka).
The game is scheduled to ship in North America on March 10 for a retail price of US$49.99, and will be released in Europe on March 13 for 49.99 euros. The game shipped for PlayStation 3 in Japan on July 17 after being delayed from June 26.
