Manga about robot girl from the future who helps boy make relationships with girls
Nihonbungeisha's Comic Heaven magazine halted the serialization of Hikari Fujisaki's Nozoemon manga in the magazine's September issue. The manga did not appear in the magazine when it was published last Saturday, and instead contained a message at the end of the magazine:Nozoemon was scheduled to have a new chapter in this issue, but we have judged the content to be inappropriate for our publication, and have ceased serializing the title. We apologize for troubling our readers."
The manga gained notoriety as a risqué parody of Fujiko Fujio'sDoraemon manga. In Nozoemon, a boy named Takashi meets Nozoemon, a robot girl from the future, who helps him in forming relationships with the girls in his school.
Fujisaki launched the manga in Comic Heaven last September.Nihonbungeisha released the manga's first and only compiled book volume on June 9, but recalled all copies from retailers soon after, citing "unsatisfactory elements in the content."
Nihonbungeisha is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asatsu DK, which handles the Doraemoncopyright's business.
