Tekken 7 Fighting Game Adds Yoshimitsu to Roster

Ninjutsu-style character will be playable in arcades next Tuesday

The official website for Bandai Namco Entertainment's Tekken 7 arcade fighting game revealed on Friday that the game will add Yoshimitsu as a playable character next Tuesday.
The website describes the character as using an advanced version of the Manji ninjutsu style.
Previously announced new characters include Lucky Chloe, Shaheen, Claudio, Katarina, Josie Rizal, and Gigas. Returning characters include: Jin, Devil Jin, Kazuya, Lars, Lili, Xiaoyu, Paul, Steve, Hwoarang, Dragunov, Heihachi, Asuka, Alisa, Feng, Marshall Law, Leo, King, and Bryan.
Tekken 7 utilizes Unreal Engine 4, and the new "Power Crash" and "Rage Arts" game systems. "Power Crash" allows a counter attack in the middle of an opponent's attack. "Rage Arts" is a special power crash that can be invoked while in rage mode.
The arcade version ran various location tests last year in Japan. Bandai Namco Entertainment Launched the game in Japanese arcades on March 18.
